Summary: To consolidate all international licensee samples and production orders for RCU’s Men’s and Girls products deliver RCU product to all international licensees.
Key areas of responsibility will involve:
• Communicate the RCU supply chain timelines and required updates, including samples and production order, delivery and payment deadlines.
• Provide information required for international product such as Visual Line By Style reports, buy plans, purchase window deadlines, RCU art and tech files for local production, wholesale catalogue files, and other information as required.
• Consolidate international samples orders with RCU’s, including all information required by suppliers.
• Consolidate international bulk production orders with RCU’s, including all information required by suppliers.
• Work with the finance department to ensure all international order deposits are correct before placing orders.
Qualifications:
• 2 years plus international production, merchandising, and shipping experience
• Background working with international counterparts
• Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail and deadline driven
• Familiar with line by style, buy schedules, merchandising
• Passion for surf industry and lifestyle
