We are currently seeking a for a Marketing Account who will be based at The Mall Sanremo, Italy.
Your opportunity
The Mall Luxury Outlets is a Kering company whose core business is to build and operate luxury fashion outlet villages where we offer to our guests not just shopping services but a 360 degree beauty experience.
The Mall Sanremo proposes to the visitors a unique luxury brand mix in the world in a genuine Italian architecture surrounded by the Ligurian sea, enriched by the finest Ligurian and Italian food, the cultural exhibitions and exclusive celebrating events, up the most exclusive guest services.
Our Marketing Team works with the deepest passion to continuously renew the beauty experience within our malls and make it every time more exclusive and fascinating.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager and joining a dynamic and passionate team, the Marketing Account plays a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Team. They will assist with planning, developing, and executing the seasonal Marketing & Events calendar providing unique shopping experiences to our guests, as a key objective of the main global Marketing strategy.
How you will contribute
Assist the Marketing Team with daily running of the department
Support with the organization of marketing events and attend them to ensure that all in-mall marketing activations are successfully monitored and executed
Creatively develop and manage Marketing and Tourism Marketing materials as well as any merchandising relating to the events and to the Company
Support with planning, developing and handle logistics for TMLO seasonal and exclusive merchandising collection
Select, negotiate, and deal with external suppliers and partners to provide the most cost-effective support for marketing activities
Propose new creative ideas for the marketing yearly calendar, ensuring adherence to scope, time and budget
Conduct research and competitors’ benchmark
Keep track of Marketing invoices, budget, contracts and P&L
Organize and deliver presentations and reports about the marketing activations alongside the Welcome Lounge Teams
Monitor & support with In Mall Image, successfully cooperating with other departments.
Who you are
You have a university degree or equivalent education background
Experience working in Marketing and Events, preferably with some exposure to Fashion/Luxury/Tourism
A fluent Italian and English speaker, French considered a plus
A flexible and multi-tasking person, with the ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
Available to work on weekends and festivities when needed
Positive, Proactive and Creative with a genuine sense of luxury
Driven by passion and with proven relational skills
A team player with a desire to be part of a strong group with a common goal
Solid computer skills - an advanced Excel and PowerPoint user
