The Ecommerce Project Manager will be the connection between multiple ecommerce business teams on all aspects of ecommerce enhancements. The role will proactively be involved in project/milestone planning along with requirement gathering compilation, task tracking, and documentation from go live plans, user acceptance testing (UAT), to acceptance of requirements. Communication and ownership will be key while living the brand culture and values. This role is vital in providing efficiencies across both the US and Canada websites to deliver best-in-class customer experience for The North Face Americas.

Project Manager, eCommerce

How You Will Make a Difference
! The Ecommerce Project Manager is responsible for managing rigorous activities throughout the design, development, and QA process to meet the standards set by the Brand to drive seamless consumer interaction.
! Communication and a basic understanding of agile methodologies will be key for success in this role.
! Partnership alignment will be need across business teams, vendors, platform, and production support to drive seamless experiences end to end.
! Organization and time management will be critical for this role as you will be working with several teams and requirements that can impact day to day operations.
! Working directly with Platform to understand delivery timelines on features, planning for user acceptance testing, and building operational go live plans.
! Continuously analyze the current process for ways to increase productivity and quality.
! Accountability needed on communication to adhere to reliability, performance, and consumer expectations.
! Develops effective and efficient processes to communicate with teams on both a consistent and positive end user experience.
! Works with the QA Team to plan, kickoff, and activate test cases within JIRA Test Case management following agile methodologies during both UAT and BAV.
! Works with Operations team to build success metrics and ensure the ability for ongoing monitoring of post-launch results through analysis and reporting.
! Drive continual product improvements and partner to inform the product roadmap with new ideas based on ongoing user research or enhancements needed out of delivery.
! Collaborate with key executive stakeholders, balancing competing interest and needs across the organization to arrive at a clear vision, communicating effectively, and aligning various partners along the way.
! Ability to coordinate and manage meetings among various stakeholders and lead group discussions with clear documentation.
! Drive socialization, demo, and trainings on new business enhancements
! Builds lasting relationships with internal and external partners by creating ongoing value for both sides and ensuring outstanding communication and follow-through on commitments.
! Raises issues and conflicts as they arise.
! Serve as an ambassador for the Brand and align with cross functional teams.

Skills for Success
! Denver based, hybrid schedule
! Previous 3 years of experience in Project Management and/or Ecommerce Operations
! Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms, APIs, release planning, development practices, and agile methodology
! Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and practical organizational planning skills
! Nimble and flexible about changing priorities & business needs, and managing diverse teams & people
! Organized, self-starter who can ramp up quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
! Must have experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheets
! Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Core Media are a bonus but will not be required for this role.
! Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources
! Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
! Working hours need to coincide with mountain time business hours

Hiring Range:
$90,720.00 USD - $113,400.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
