We are currently searching for an Associate Brand
Manager Reporting to the Director of Marketing. The
Associate Brand Manager is a valuable contributor to
the Monster Energy Brand Marketing team. This
position focuses on the collaborative development of
ongoing marketing support for the Monster Energy
Brand.

Essential Job Functions:

• Product line management- work with the Brand
Marketing Team, New Product Development,
Interactive Marketing, Art Department, and outside
design agencies to create and develop selling
materials, and online resources for new products and
product line extensions.

• Point-of-Sale management- work with the Brand
Marketing Team, P-O-S Manager, Purchasing, Sales,
vendors and Art Department to develop Point-of-Sale
materials to support new product launches as well as
the on-going P-O-S offering.

• Trade Advertising/Editorial- work with Monster’s
PR agency to develop press releases and work with
trade publications on editorial coverage for Monster
Energy’s new product launches. Also, manage the
submission process for new product awards and
inclusion in publication guides.

• Online Marketing Support- Manage the P-O-S
content available for download on
monsterenergymedia.com as well as the product
section of Monsterenergy.com. Assures on-line brand
assets are up to date and accurate.

• Consumer Promotion Management- Work with
the Brand Team and Art Department on the creation &
fulfillment of consumer promotions as assigned.

• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in
marketing with a beverage, CPG or lifestyle marketing
brand. Brand Marketing experience preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field,
MBA a plus.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.
• Knowledgeable about lifestyle marketing- action
sports, motorsports, and music interest preferred.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
(PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Microsoft Outlook, the
Internet and social media sites such as Facebook.
