Senior Manager, Global Brand Merchandising (Global Timberland)
You will be a trusted member of our team reporting to the Senior Director, Global Merchandising, Women's. You will collaborate and liaise with the merchandise team as well as the global product merchandising, wholesale planning, direct to consumer buying, and merchandise planning teams, and the sales directors and account executives
How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
! Contribute to delivering seasonal dates and gates requirements and deadlines in line with Act vertical seasonal milestone/go-to-market (GTM) process
! Play a leadership role for the Women’ category supporting sales directors and account executives at sales meeting, tradeshows, market weeks and Direct to Consumer (DTC) Boot Camps
! Garner insights to inform seasonal product assortments, focusing on planned key accounts.
! Stay abreast of women’s market trend and competitive set to inform seasonal assortment decisions, maintain Brand and price position, and effectively manage product lifecycles and cascades.
! Conduct market and store visits as necessary
How you will do it:
! Collaborate with key internal partners to build seasonal product assortments that deliver regional financial and strategic KPIs, leveraging the “Act Vertical” line building process, i.e., the Merchandise Financial Plan (MFP) and Conceptual Assortment Plan (CAP)
! Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners in regional marketing on developing compelling, differentiated and integrated GTM product stories inclusive of youth culture “Energy” product, e.g., Collaborations, Special mark ups (SMUs) & DTC Exclusives, to attract and excite the street-savvy consumer, bringing a “one marketplace” vision to life to drive Brand heat, height, sell-in and sell-through

Skill for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5-7 years of experience in merchandising or buying
Formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees, such as a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field, are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
! What we expect you already know/have:
! Knowledge of the streetwear/luxury market (retail or wholesale)
! Prior experience working with a high-functioning team
! The ability to function as an individual thinker but also as a collaborative team player
! Strong analytical skills
! Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
! Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English
! Excellent presentation skills
! The ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25 percent of the time, which may include moderate heavy lifting of sample bags
