The ‘Go-to-Market’ planning is an important role for business that generate revenue through the creation of company value at Retail consumer journey in Marketplace. As the GTM coordinator, this role is working closely with all commercial function teams, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, and other relatives, and having responsible for supporting operational follow-up of GTM process, coordinating a schedule with key stakeholders, arranging a facility with General affair, and consolidating seasonal strategy presentations. Also, in charge of the coordination of the retail GTM teams involved in the retail sales to ensure GTM process and enhancing consumer’s shopping experience.In addition, this role has a responsibility for managing retail training program and retail communication process. Develop implements and delivers Retail/Store Training programs to all store staffs of the stores in Marketplace as a concrete lever to support business development and all store’s strategic objectives. Actively contributes to the development of store staff quality and KPIs(i.e. Sales, VPT, UPT, Customer Experience, etc.). Ensure continuous alignment with Sales operation and Merchandising team regarding training program and development opportunities.

GTM Coordinator(40%)
Coordinate the entire schedule of GTM process with key stakeholders in each functional team from seasonal kick off to final buying
Enable and facilitate the identification and role of ‘RACI’ for each gate on GTM process
Guide right attendees for each gate on GTM process for better communication, better time management, and better outcome
Support operational follow-up of GTM process such as arrange the meeting schedule, consolidate the presentation, prepare the facility, and share the minute and so on.
Seek and arrange better location and better environment where can enough communicate, focus on each gate, and pull out the best results

Retail training(60%)
Design, develop and conduct training programs for store staff including service/product training, selling skill, daily operating procedures, complaint handling
Develop the annual and seasonal training calendar to identify priorities, achievement and training frequency
Analyse, design, develop, implement and measure on store staff onboarding and training programs, and the curriculum necessary to achieve company goals, foster brand loyalty, increase consumer engagement.
Implement and measure the effectiveness of training programs and curriculum in the field through interactive learning workshops, ensuring all tools are relevant and comprehensive to drive business and emphasize.
Provide feedback and develop initiatives that continually improve the training experience.
Field training includes but is not limited to:
      - New store opening training and on-boarding,
      - Introducing the sales and service culture of our brands through group workshops,
      - Relationship-building skills that enhance brand loyalty, drive business, and ensure the associates in our stores are confident product experts.
Lead and inspire as a brand ambassador, representing the voice and culture of Columbia Sportswear, and be a key motivator with retail teams to achieve goals while delivering exceptional service and building brand awareness.
Develop cross-functional key relationships within the GTM teams in order to assess ongoing training needs and be collaborative in strategizing consumer-centric solutions.
Partner with design, merchandising and RMP teams to develop seasonal product knowledge and styling tools, including video and copy for e-learning platform.
Work with and create process for all retail channels at one time, including SIS, FR, FO and  e-commerce.
Participate in content development and attend seasonal retail meeting.
