Lift up to 50 poundsÂ
Stand and walk for your entire shiftÂ
Read and Audit LabelsÂ
Identify, count, and sort packages and inventory with a high level of accuracyÂ
Understand and differentiate between shipping methods and sort packages accordinglyÂ
Use automated packaging equipmentÂ
Participate in team meetings, follow guidance, and provide feedback as appropriateÂ
Maintain a clean workspaceÂ
Perform other duties as assignedÂ
Participate in LEAN initiativesÂ
ABOUT YOU:Â
Verbal and Written comprehension of the English LanguageÂ
Basic Math SkillsÂ
Computer Skills including familiarity with the internet and e-mail; ability to work with handheld computer deviceÂ
High School EquivalencyÂ
Experience operating power industrial equipment (for example, standing order picker or forklift)Â

SEASONAL POSITION INFORMATION:  This is a seasonal position, the length of seasonal employment is dependent on business demand and typically runs 3-6 months, however, a minimum timeframe cannot be guaranteed.  Yes! We do often convert our high-performing seasonal gearheads to regular status, these decisions are based on business demands and performance.  Seasonal positions are not eligible for benefits, however, you do get to participate in our employee discount perk and it's a good one!
