Job Description
· Responsible for managing and providing seasonal design and creative direction for all AC classifications.
· In depth knowledge of design techniques and processes.
· Excellent sense of style and color
· Ability to translate fashion trends and runway details to brand appropriate styles and create commercially compelling product lines.
· Ability to interpret international/domestic concepts and fashion trends as it relates to market demands, customer’s/consumer’s needs, brand image and business strategy.
· Ability to execute “technical packets” of product designs to be handed over to merchandising and production.

Job Requirements
· College degree in Fashion Design or related field.
· Minimum of 2 years design experience
· Proven excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
· Demonstrated ability as an individual thinker and collaborative team player.
· Must have experience in Jr. and/or Girls design
· Excellent computer skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Excel, etc.)
