Catalyst Creative Group is a trend-leading Men's apparel Design and Manufacturing company based in Irvine, CA. GENERAL SUMMARY

Given the steady growth of our wholesale business, Catalyst Creative Group is looking for a full-time VP of SALES to lead our sales strategy and drive results. Our sales team are trailblazers in the apparel industry, and we are looking for a leader to support and advocate for their success and that of our business and customers. The VP of SALES position is responsible for setting strategic direction and then leading the sales team to achieve established financial and business performance goals for all companywide customers. As this is a customer-facing role, you must possess a keen intellect and ability to build high-level executive relationships with our customer's senior leadership. The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit willing to go above and beyond. Men's apparel experience, including private label, is a must. SUCCESS WILL BE DEMONSTRATED BY YOUR ABILITY TO

-Establish and achieve sales and financial goals for all companywide accounts
-Track, analyze and present sales metrics to senior leadership
-Set and manage sales department budgets
-Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies against goals; taking into account ROI per customer and program
-Perform day-to-day oversight and management of the sales team
-Training and mentoring of the sales team for best practices
-Drive operational efficiency between Sales, Merchandising, Design, Sourcing, and Operations.
-Oversee the company's efforts to strengthen existing customer relationships and build high-level relationships with their senior leadership
-Uncover lucrative new revenue opportunities and acquire new customers
-Develop strategies relating to the company's market, products, services, and sales goals
-Stay abreast of emerging trends; monitor changing landscape at retail and adjust strategies accordingly.
-Leverage our knowledge, expertise, and product offerings to drive the company's growth well into the future.
-Manage seasonal budgets to minimize excess inventory risk.
-Partner with design/merchandising to develop proper assortment, SKU plan, and category expansion opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

-Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the wholesale apparel industry with sales experience as a Director or VP level
olid knowledge and experience in apparel trend and product
-Strong knowledge of wholesale and retail math. Ability to run analytical reports for business analysis (open to buy, gross margin, markdown)
-Strong understanding of costs, margins, and wholesale/retail pricing strategies
-You must possess exceptional presentation skills to senior-level executives and large groups
-Ability to interpret retail sales data and make proactive and productive recommendations
-Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
-Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
-Strong analytical skills
-Exceptional written communication and verbal communication skills
-Passion for the fashion industry
-Passion to help customers and teammates win
-Domestic travel is required to meet with customers

BENEFITS

Employees receive two weeks’ vacation, one week sick and ten paid holidays (8 days + 2 floating).
