The RVCA team is looking for a Product Developer to join the Costa Mesa, Calif. office.

Primary Purpose:
The Men’s Product Developer will be developing the Men’s Cut and Sew Line from concept to finished product working closely with the designers and management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
• Create and maintain line plans and tracking reports to assigned Men’s categories.
• Daily communication with oversea vendors to ensure prototypes and salesman samples are ordered and received correctly and on time
• Negotiate costs with vendors and create gross margin report to ensure margin requirements are met

Key Skills:
• Must be deadline driven
• Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
• Must be pro-active with a solution/result orientated attitude
• Must have excellent communication and follow through skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be MAC computer literate in applications Word, Excel, Outlook (illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM a plus, but not required)
• Must work well in team environment
• Must be able to travel as needed both domestic and international
