Bad Boy Brands is looking for a Production Coordinator to join the team in San Diego, CA.

Position Summary:
BAD BOY is seeking a Production Coordinator to coordinate distribution of products from factory resources to our global licensed distributors.
Responsibilities Include:
• Liaison between manufactures and global licensees and distributors.
• Create and maintain production calendars for 100+ products.
• Communicate production calendar and consolidate purchases from licensees/distributors.
• Coordinate freight forwarding process.
• Maintain detailed product spec reports, timelines, pricing.
• Maintain relationships with domestic and global vendors in order to improve turnaround, quality and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement for the sourcing and distribution process to reduce costs, timelines and efficiencies.
• Deliver progress reports to management on a weekly basis.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Impeccable organizational a must.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years experience in apparel or sporting goods production.
• Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel (Expert Level).
• Experience in creating schedules and/or maintaining project management tools.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and adapt to change.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a very fast paced and high volume environment.
• Strong work ethic. Ability to work independently while maintaining strict schedules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
