Tactics is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the team in Eugene, OR.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Tactics is in search of an experienced senior designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is conceptually creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to think about design at a high level and execute on the details. We're all about snowboarding, skateboarding, and surfing, and need someone who can connect with that audience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:
• Design effective graphics/ads to be displayed on our website and through email and social marketing.
• Drive UX for tactics.com.
• Work on various other design projects (in-store signage, local marketing, national catalog, private label product design, etc).
• Basic IT and computer tech troubleshooting a bonus.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
• BFA or other visual design degree required or 4+ years experience and an outstanding portfolio without a degree.
• Expert use of Adobe creative suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and digital workflow.
• Graphic design.
• UX.
• Branding.
• Responsive web design.
• HTML/CSS.
• Wordpress.
• Obsessive attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to multi-task and get things done.
• Self-management and prioritization skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to a multitude of unforeseen situations.
DETAILS:
• The position is full time out of our office in Eugene, OR.
• We're looking for an inspired portfolio with a focus on internet creative.
