Thats the Power of Us, thats the Power of PVH+.</p><p></p><p><b>The Position</b></p><p>The new Global Executive Creative Director (ECD) role is the creative genius and brand guardian behind Tommy Hilfiger Brand and Marketing Content. Relentless in their creativity and pristine in their execution, the ECD is the ultimate arbiter of all global visual and written creative content for the brand. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and working hand-in-hand with the Marketing Leadership team on driving an elevated consumer experience, the role guides and protects brand expression for all content across all regions, markets, and channels. From campaigns, commercial content, and digital to social media, influencers, PR, and events every day looks different for this <span>strategic creator of the brands classic American cool DNA</span>.</p><p></p><p>Success in this role looks like ensuring a consistent, identifiable brand identity across every creative execution while simultaneously bringing the brands heritage to life in modern and relevant ways. The ECD will own the Global Brand Book, helping define and elevate standards through flawless global implementation. <span>This position is expected to hold strong communications skills, </span>influencing the Executive Leadership team to help ideate brand direction and diligently ensure performance against it. <span>It is essential that the person in this role can</span> leverage stakeholder management skills to honor approval cycles and ensure premium outcomes are achieved amidst budget and deadline limitations.</p><p><br /><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Complete accountability for the creative approval of content for the global <i>TOMMY HILFIGER</i> brand.</p></li><li><p>Supports CMO in building detailed understanding of CDO, CEO and Founders visions.</p></li><li><p>Arbitrates across ALL content layers whilst respecting content strategy and constructively guiding teams through limitations or constraints.</p></li><li><p>Builds trust with all global, regional, and in-market VP+ leaders, both inside and outside of the Marketing organization.</p></li><li><p>Acknowledges brand misses with relevant parties and seamlessly manages resolution.</p></li><li><p>Influences yet respects other departments and leaders as they iterate brand expression.</p></li><li><p>Articulates and scales creative vision within global brand books & marketing tools</p></li><li><p>Supports external creative agencies to understand brand identity and ensure consistency.</p></li><li><p>Runs weekly approval cycles with key Global Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand aesthetic.</p></li><li><p>Attends concept reviews, production meetings, shoots, select sessions and creative/brand presentations.</p></li><li><p>Defines and owns taste-levels for the Global Marketing teams to execute against and review all work.</p></li><li><p>Develop trust with Design and Product executives to enable optimized creative support.</p></li><li><p>Support Retail, E-Commerce, and Digital functions to optimize business critical Direct-To-Consumer traffic.</p></li><li><p>Always aligns strategy to the wider PVH+ Plan priorities and PVH Leadership Behaviors.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Leadership Behaviors:</b> <i>Stay Curious, Collaborate to Win, Inspire Trust, Connect to Consumers and Think Big</i></p><p>(You can find out more about PVH Leadership Behaviors <a href="https://careers.pvh.com/global/en/leadership-behaviors" target="_blank">HERE</a>.)</p><p><br /></p><p><b>The Ideal Candidate</b></p><ul><li><p>Industry leader with at least 15+ years of experience leading creative content within a fashion or agency environment.</p></li><li><p>Enjoys the courageous final-gate ownership and creative decision-making for a similarly tiered global brand.</p></li><li><p>Influences using EQ and persuasive case-building as opposed to traditional reporting lines.</p></li><li><p>Respectfully challenges the Executive Leadership team with taste codes and critical thinking.</p></li><li><p>Closely connected to culture and product design trends to inform decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Ability to articulate vision clearly in words and images at the highest level.</p></li><li><p>Tenured stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience in analyzing consumer data to inform creative direction.</p></li><li><p>Adept at solving highly complicated visual creative problems quickly.</p></li><li><p>Works well independently but can navigate varied working cultures to arrive at optimized decisions.</p></li><li><p>Role models the PVH Leadership Behaviors and leads with empathy a firm but <i>always </i>kind attitude!</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i>N.B.
