Skate Warehouse is a skateboard specialty retailer based in San Luis Obispo serving customers worldwide via our website, as well as locally via our retail store. We are currently looking to add an experienced Warehouse & Operations Manager to our team in San Luis Obispo, CA.

Hours: Full-Time; Seasonal weekend shift(s) required

Duties:
• Manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees.
• Manage supervisors and employees within the warehouse shipping, receiving, and returns departments. 25+ Employees.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Utilize strong analytical, organization and decision-making skills.
• Work effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Plan work rotations, assign tasks appropriately and properly adjust to meet seasonality of the environment.
• Initiate bi-annual inventory cycle counts.
