About the opportunity

We are looking for a talented, motivated, and driven Warehouse Associate to become part of our team. This is a great opportunity for you if you are safety-conscious, hard-working and want to excel in a warehouse environment.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick and ship all orders daily. This includes – DTC Website orders, Custom Team orders, Amazon Orders, and Local/Overseas Wholesale orders.

• Inspect product returns and assess for re-selling.

• Prepare returned product back to purchasing standards – i.e. - bagging, tagging, cleaning, and restocking.

• Conduct timely and accurate receipt on inbound product (includes offloading and put away).

• Accurately and efficiently pack units for customer orders.

• Aid in loading and unload trailers by hand for inbound and outbound processes.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Perform routine housekeeping tasks.

• Aid in conducting regular cycle counts of inventory.

• Other projects and tasks as assigned by Warehouse Manager.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

• Minimum of 1-year experience using typical warehouse processing equipment (e.g: scan guns, RF scanners, etc.), a plus.

Expectations

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. frequently, 40 lbs. occasionally.

• Ability to frequently sit; stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

• Ability to work a regular work schedule and flexible work schedule when needed.

• Ability to work independently, provide first-rate customer service, exercise flexibility when asked to transition into other tasks, demonstrate effective organizational and multi-tasking skills, and demonstrate excellent time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively with others, build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with co-workers, and maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations.

Pay

• $20-$24 per hour – depending on experience
