Arbor is seeking a detail-oriented and creative web-coordinator with strong communication skills to join the Arbor Collective brand team. This position works closely with the marketing department, art department, and brand team to maintain an up-to-date, user-centric shopping experience for Arbor's DTC customers as well as to ensure all communication, e-mail marketing, and website updates/additions support the brand message and identity.
Job Functions:
• Manage the Brand’s shared shopping cart and web marketplace using Shopify and related app (Jetti).
• Review, update, and maintain website content across Arbor’s website using Shopify, Shogun, and communication with web developers.
• Build all digital marketing mailers using Mailchimp, the Adobe Suite, basic HTML and communication/requests with the marketing and art department.
• Ensure all mailers and web content reflect the Brand’s message and product story.
• Pull together each Category’s email marketing calendar into a Brand wide calendar.
• Manage the Brand’s email list in Mailchimp utilizing segmentation.
• Coordinate the Brand’s shared digital marketing, including SEO efforts utilizing Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
• Spearhead and coordinate all approved shared digital web marketing spend across the Brand.
• Support each Category with their specific website customization and other digital needs.
• Train and update all management on new web and marketplace technologies and opportunities.
• Provide technical support for each Category’s content management and uploading efforts.
• Assist CEO and Controller with ad hoc reporting and requests.
Desired Qualifications:
• Marketing or web development degree required.
• Experience with Shopify, Shogun, Adobe, and Mailchimp preferred.
• Dedicated snowboarder and lifestyle skateboarder. Surfing a plus.
• Experience uploading web assets.
• Must be able to create, implement, and manage a marketing calendar.
• Content creation experience.
• Must have experience giving presentations.
• Position will be a hybrid schedule with several days per week in office in Venice, CA
This an entry level position which will be a great resume building opportunity, at a growing snowboard, skateboard, apparel/footwear brand, working directly for the Brand’s founder. This position is for a new division at Arbor which has tremendous growth potential.
