Job Description/Duties:
Marketing strategy
o Strategy:
Work closely with etnies and etnies Girl BMMs to create, manage, control & execute:
o Global brand marketing plans
o Marketing project management including budget
o Implement Marketing Plans for Key Categories Girls, Kids, and Sandals
o Strategic marketing alignments/collaboration planning
o PowerPoint Presentations for Brand sales and company meetings
o Monthly sales reporting
o Monthly marketing recap
o Management of Teams Marketing Coordinator
o Implement SMART objectives for direct report
o Hold direct report/s accountable for annual/quarterly objectives
o Energize, excite and motivate direct report/s to exceed expectations
o Liaison for integration of marketing strategy
o Coordination of marketing plans with Marketing Group Managers
o Ensuring department successes are maximized immediately
o Run meetings and act in proxy of BMM for men’s and girls as needed
o Coordination brand initiatives integrating brand message throughout men’s, girls, and kids
o Support and help develop key areas of interest like music, art, and collaborations

Supervisory Responsibilities
o Directly supervises 1-2 employees in the Marketing and Teams Department, including the Teams Marketing Coordinator and interns.

Qualifications:

Qualifications
o 3 years direct experience in Marketing required
o Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is preferred
o Strong leadership/management skills, previous management experience a HUGE plus
o Good with creating and keeping brand team relationships
o Strong written communication
o Strong presentation/PowerPoint skills
o Proven success with strategic planning and implementation
o Knowledge of MS Word or similar word processing software
o Knowledge of Excel or similar spreadsheet software preferred
o Knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook
