Department: Commercial – EMEA Reports to: Director, Wholesale - EMEA Location: Munich, Germany Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As the Wholesale Operations Specialist - EMEA, you will represent, conduct, and support Arc’teryx business needs in our current systems by identifying and implementing tools and software interface solutions for our Wholesale Team in EMEA. In this role, you will guide our regional and global teams acting as the “Go to Person” for the Commercial - Wholesale function. You will be responsible for providing the department with factual and impactful reporting and reviews on operations which will support the decision-making process. You will be responsible for coordinating work for projects, providing input on whether proposed solutions meet needs, and then conducting the implementation of the new solution(s) to contribute to the delivery of the company’s objectives.Meet your future team:The Commercial team is accountable for delivering sales through the Wholesale channel. We meet the guests where they are shopping, in a competitive environment, and ensure Arc’teryx is represented consistently and at its best. As the landscape changes, we will work together to evolve our approach with creativity and teamwork.If you were the Wholesale Operations Specialist - EMEA now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:! Collaborating closely with the Director, Wholesale - EMEA as your direct line, but also with the Sales Operations Analyst – EMEA to be efficient and effective in your accountabilities ! Assisting in the timely delivery of tools and resources for sell in (pricing, samples, visual line plans, workbook data, NuOrder data) , and equipping sales reps with these tools to deliver powerful presentations that drive sell in and sell through! Being the regional NuOrder champion responsible for correct data upload/visibility, supporting overall functionality, being the point of contact for Sales Reps and Allocation Coordinators and educating the teams on new features! Maintaining a regional Wholesale and Customer specific line list in the appropriate information system! Controlling and completing Workbook data, master data, and customer data ! Working closely with internal and external Sales Reps and Allocation Coordinators - EMEA! Collaborating with the Wholesale Service and Aftersales Team! Supporting with the implementation of software interface solutions to serve the commercial team not limited to ECC/S4 or NuOrder! Collaborating with the Sales Operations Analyst – EMEA on tracking and setting up regional commercial plans, performing trade terms tracking, pricing and article check, Sell thru data consolidation, Warehouse/inbound reporting, ECC / S4 alignment, B2B Distribution AuditHere are some of the things could be working on in the future:! Contributing to and supporting future developments and initiatives to evolve and build upon the software solution! Conducting ongoing assessment of project blueprints and business requirements, and identifying potential gaps or opportunities for future consideration! Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify business and system process efficienciesAre you our next Wholesale Operations Specialist - EMEA?! You have 3+ years’ work experience in a B2B service or sales operations focused role, preferably in the outdoor apparel industry! You have experience in developing reports for analysis and decision making! You have prior implementation experience! You are familiar with project management! You have a drive to learn and participate! You have a good understanding of operational interfaces between SAP and related systems to set up functional processes to facilitate daily work! We have a successful background of operational topics, experience to support Commercial and Service teams towards sales targets! You are an excellent collaborator able to work within a team and with other teams! You are adaptable and forward thinking! You have solid knowledge of ERP systems and order management processes! You are able to step in and take charge with minimum instruction! You are able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines! You have advanced analytical skills with a strong aptitude for spreadsheets! You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail! You are able to travel internationally as required! You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions! You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity! You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration! You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement!
