Responsibilities:
As the Senior Designer for Warrior Apparel , you will be responsible for applying your strong design skills, innovative thinking and technical experience in performance and lifesstyle apparel toward creating new products, technologies for hockey and lacrosse. You will act as the design leader within the team with the goal of continuously advancing product performance and excellence. In this integral role, you will shape design direction and design product with an in-depth knowledge of costing, performance and fit. You will work in cross-functional teams to build consensus for ideas and designs.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Apparel Design and a minimum of 4-7 years experience in the apparel industry
• Supervisory experience and technical performance apparel design a plus
• Strong skills in core design competencies: drawing and sketching, the ability to visualize in three dimensions
• Demonstrated technical understanding of apparel construction and manufacturing
• Must be deadline-oriented with the ability to manager multiple projects at once
