Baker Boys Distribution is looking for you! Baker Boys Distribution (the distributors of DEATHWISH and SHAKE JUNT) is a fun, fast-paced, quickly growing skateboard distribution company. Do you have skate hardgoods sales experience and skate knowledge? Do you want to get in on the ground floor of the edgiest skateboard distribution company around? We need someone fast and smart that can work well within our team. Do you have what it takes to join our team?
The candidate must be well-organized, have great customer service skills, follow directions, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth environment. We need positive upbeat candidates only. Candidate should know what building accounts entails and should be able to hit the ground running. This position is mainly commission based compensation. Baker Boys Distribution is an EOE.
Responsibilities:
• Selling of products through daily incoming/outgoing sales calls for all brands.
• Receiving, processing and inputting sales orders.
• Management of territory through maintaining relationships with retailers in coordination with sales initiatives.
• Expanding customer base in the assigned area
• Troubleshoot customer order problems and handles phone communications from account base.
• Help facilitate return authorizations, order changes and cancellations.
• Analyze and track sales against goals by account/ territory
• Track lost shipments as needed
Required Skills
• Strong PC computer Skills, must be proficient in Excel
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Proven problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
