Job Responsibilities:
*Management of warehouse staff
*Oversee and manage the Pick & Pack, Receiving, Shipping, and Return departments
*Manage all personnel related functions
*Improve warehouse procedures
*Develop new ideas and improve warehouse efficiency

Job Requirements:
*5+ years warehouse supervisory experience
*Strong customer skills
*Experience working in a fast paced, high SKU environment
*Experience in running a 35,000+ sq. ft warehouse
*Computer literate
*Strong leader...lead by example
*Manage productivity, time, and efficiency of 15-30 associates
*Maintain a safe and clean working environment
*Third Party Logistics experience a huge plus!
*Experience in the apparel industry a huge plus!
