Stussy is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for North America.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
• Develop a professional relationship between domestic accounts by communicating efficiently in both verbal and in a written format regarding Stussy products, return procedures, and other company policies
• Answer vendor inquiries by both phone and email regarding but not limited to: account information, shipping, returns, missing product, etc. and direct to the appropriate resolution channel when needed
• Process claims for vendors that did not receive their shipments
• Process Return Authorizations.
• Run reports as vendors request them such as order acknowledgments and ATS reports
• Research office programs, historical documents, catalogs, etc. to successfully answer and resolve vendor complaints
• Report any reoccurring issues to Stussy Management with any recommendations of how to resolve the issue for future interactions with vendors
• Communicate with sales reps and update requests on orders for any changes in quantities, address, adding/cancelling of styles, etc.
• Interact with warehouse management if order is already being packed and vendor asks for the status of their order, wants to change quantities, etc.
• Perform other related tasks as requested
Requirements
• Ability to perform all duties in an accurate and timely manner within the guidelines of company procedures
• Demonstrate flexibility and the willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Be able to effectively communicate with customers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Two-year Full Circle experience
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Two-year customer service experience
• Apparel background preferred
