Industry’s Leading Glove Manufacturer Celebrates “10 + Years Strong” With New Additions to National Sales Force
DROP, a leading snowboard glove and accessories developer, announced today the appointment of four new sales reps in the New England, Mid Atlantic, West of the lakes, and Rocky Mountain territories.
In New England, long time rider and sales rep Ryan Saylor ( email@example.com ) has joined the team, working under Joe Weller. Saylor has lived in the Burlington, VT area for over twenty years and was led into the repping scene after ten years as a competitive snowboarder in New England. He gained relationships as a tech rep for Rossignol, and has been a principle rep in the territory since 2003. “I am lucky to work with a company that has been involved in snowboarding for so long, has always brought some of the best product to the market, and happens to be my personal choice for gloves and accessories as a consumer. I look forward to working with DROP and the retailers in New England to introduce more and more riders to the line,” said Saylor. Look out for Ryan in ME, NH, VT, MA, CT and RI.
In the Mid Atlantic, veteran sales rep Charlie Kiesa ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) will be added to the force. Kiesa has been a skater since he was ten-years-old and a snowboarder since the age of twelve. He moved to New Jersey when he became a rep in 2001 and learned the ropes from industry veteran Rob Mclennand as his tech for brands such as NHS, Audio, Clive and Northwave. In 2003, he branched out on his own and has been killing it with K2, VOX, Electric, Volcom and now DROP. “I’m excited to work with DROP because of their long-standing reputation for quality product and outstanding dealer support,” said Kiesa. Look out for him in NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD and northern VA.
In the West of the lakes region, Mark Stansfield ( email@example.com ) will be representing DROP in addition to his work with Nomis, Sound and Technine. Stansfield has been a rider since he was eight-years-old and was a buyer for Viking from 1998 until 2006. “I am stoked to represent DROP, one of the first glove companies solely dedicated to snowboarding with a history of high quality, sell through and pricing,” said Stansfield. Look out for him in WI, IL, MN, IA, ND, SD, NB, KS and MI.
In the Rocky Mountains, we would like to thank long time DROP rep Mike “Gags” Gagliardi for his service to the DROP brand, and wish him the best with his new endeavors as a sales manager. Micah Cook ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) who has worked with Gagliardi for the last four years will be taking the reigns in Colorado, Utah and New Mexico. Micah is deeply entrenched in the snowboard scene and business in the Rockies, and currently represents Never Summer, Neff, Ally Video, Osiris, and we welcome him to the DROP team. Micah states, “I feel like DROP is always on top of their game with new ideas, top notch product, and co-labs that get our customers stoked. DROP has a lot to offer our retailers, and I am excited to spread the good word in the Rockies.”
In other sales news, DROP would like to congratulate So Cal rep Bob Stanislaus and East of the lakes rep Broc Johnson for being awarded SIA reps of the year in their respective territories.
