I am responsible for analyzing and reporting all P&L Reports, finding how resources and workers can be used to create a larger revenue and maintaining a smaller labor percentage.

Responsible for day-to-day operations at the golf course. Maintaining an organized tee sheet, processing transactions, maintaining pace of play, acting as a direct point of contact for all guests and golfers, reporting directly to the Head Golf Professional.

Educating customers on all products in store; from soft goods to hard goods. Helping customers select the proper ski or snowboard for their type of riding. As a Master Boot Fitter, I fit carefully fit customers in the proper ski boot, taking up to 3 hours to find the correct fit to ensure comfort, performance, and safety. Product knowledge from companies: Nordica, Volkl, Burton, The North Face, Arc'Teryx, Salomon, Ride, Smith, 686, and many more.
