Aaron is an accomplished executive with a proven track record in Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Product Management, and Business Strategy.  He has a proven history in Action Sports, Fashion , Outdoor equipment, Sporting Goods, and Footwear industries.

Aaron has the unique ability to see the big picture as well as understand how all of the small puzzle pieces fit together in order to execute to the macro goal.  Being a Christian, an Eagle Scout, as well as a 4 time Ironman finisher, Aaron has the moral compass, a high level of integrity, as well as the commitment required to win in business.

 -     Managed a global team of 18 responsible for Design, Engineering, Product Management, Product Development, Costing & Sourcing for a $83 million dollar global business.   
•	Overhauled the Product Creation Process - implemented a Global Product Introduction Calendar 
•	Reduced supplier base by 50% increasing efficiency and driving profit margin
•	Improved net margins improved 350 basis points year over year.
•	Reduced SKU count by 50% improving revenue per sku by 32%, and growing net revenue 9.8%
•	Transition to a factory direct sourcing model


VP - Product

•	Manage a global team of 85 in footwear Merchandising, Design, Materials, Development, Costing, Sourcing, Production, QC, and shipping for 600 million dollar global business.   
•	Closed a Korean Sourcing/Agent based office and converted all business to China and Vietnam factory direct model.  
Managed Global factory base, primarily in China, Vietnam, Argentina and Brazil.
•	Increased production efficiency 10% year over year for 3 years in a row
•	Implemented costing system and negotiated flat or increased IGM% 10 quarters in a row.
•	Implemented PDM (product data management) line planning, costing, spec database.  
•	Increased SKU efficiency by 38% while growing the business.

Senior Vice President - Footwear

•	Managed the successful design, development, sourcing, manufacturing, QC, and delivery of the first footwear line for Zoot Sports – first season business 2 million in sales.  
•	Grew the footwear business to over 7 million in sales in 2010.

•	Implemented Product Development, Commercialization, and Sourcing strategy and timeline for all footwear product.  
•	Managed a global staff of 12 to effectively manage Fit & Wear-test, CAD, Materials, Product Development and Costing functions.  
•	Increased profit margins 3.8 points across the board.  Helped to establish and staff a China Liaison office.

Vice President - Product Development and Sourcing 

•	Evaluated the Accessory Industry’s “best practices” and Coach’s global factory base, to create and implement a Product Development Process for all Coach product– a 560 million-dollar business.

Divisional Vice President  - Product Development

•	Created, Implemented, and Managed the product creation process between design and production for all North Face products – a 248 million-dollar business. 
•	Developed and managed a SMU (Special Make-up) that created incremental business at solid margins

Director Product Development 

 - Led the development of the men's footwear businesses; including Football, Baseball, Soccer, Rugby, Golf, Tennis, Basketball, and Training.
