Facilities Manager
•Managed  and completed 8,000 sq foot expansion and remodel project of current headquarters inclduing contractor relationships, vendor relationships, permit management, design fundamentals and budget tracking. Provided weekly updates and lead all project cateorgories. 
•Created a company wide  injury and illness prevention program and emergecny action plan including an evacuation plan and safety drills.
•Manage all facilities-related vendors including security, janitorial, maintenance, office supplies, and property managers.
•Proactively seek new vendor relationships to further enhance facilities and general work environment.
•Ensure the availability of resources for the entire company to perform in an efficient and professional manner.
•Provide individual employees with all tools needed to achieve success in their specific roles.
•Work with department managers to accommodate the physical incorporation of departmental growth into existing floor plans.
•Oversee any facilities remodeling or relocation of employees throughout the facilities.
•Act as project manager and liaison between Nixon and contracted vendors participating in remodeling or move processes.
•Track Operations budget line items as directed and participate in budget planning and manage associated expenses.

•Responsible for bank deposits, cash applications, credit card applications, credit hold management, credit reporting.
•New account set up, maintenance of customer accounts and files.
•Creation and distribution of reports, aging, invoices and statements.
•Oversaw credit card processing, write-offs, credit memo creation and application and invoicing.	
•Liaison between customer service and sales.  
•Continually built positive and strong communication relationships between departments in order to streamline processes.
