• Designed and implemented floor layout with 3D modeling software (SketchUp).

• Worked with the operations department to create standard operating procedures for independently contracted mechanics.
• Piloted the first inventory system, "kanban", later adopted throughout Bird for inventory and supply organization and procurement.

Managed a unit of technicians onboard a national security vessel's Combat Systems Maintenance Center.
• Oversight on weapon ordinance upkeep and expenditure.
• Secret Security Clearance: Repaired and operated classified equipment in hazardous compartments, and the handling of sensitive information.
• Collateral duty as Safety Petty Officer administering safety training, conducting safety inspections, looking for material discrepancies, substandard working practices and potential mishap areas, and reporting unsafe practices or substandard conditions with recommendations for corrective action.
• Security Watchstander: Trained as a security force onboard; inspecting ships engineering systems.
