Winter Festival is a weekend long event that celebrats the start of winter to the Southern Hemisphere, bringing in more than 45,000 visitors to Queenstown. -Review volunteer applications and logistically schedule all volunteers based on skills and interest -Manage, oversee and coordinate all 90 volunteers during the 2019 Queenstown Winter Festival

Gonzaga Experience Live (GEL) is a weekend long event for prospective Gonzaga students giving them a glimpse into life on campus. -Organizing a successful GEL Weekend that yielded 644 prospective students by communicating with campus partners as well as working with the GEL Team -Communicating as a liason between Gonzaga and community sponsors -Responsible for guiding and inspiring the 96 team members in the Ambassador program to successfully execute thier given roles during GEL

-Supported a fast-pace advertising environment by researching and communicating with potential design advertisers -Performed competitive research and analysis -Assisted in marketing communications and social promotions across all social media platforms
