Assist in monitoring payroll variance to plan, as well as staffing needs

Run floor management (MOD) to ensure adequate associate coverage; open and close the store

Train, coach and develop associates to become a better sales force 

Approve timecards, edit schedules, order supplies, and order product

Plan, organize and host “SLAM” (Store Area Local Marketing) events
