I am seeking a change; getting back out in the field, growing the customer base for your company, and prompting products/parts I truly believe in.

•	Manage customer service hotline as well as customer service email inquiries by responding to all inquiries by close of business day
•	Assisted Global Sourcing with global customer service inquiries and error resolutions during Fieldglass Global Provisioning Implementation 
•	Maintain internal website by ensuring all posted information, articles, process, etc. are current and up to date
•	Design, create and gather statistic for monthly vendor newsletter
•	Utilize vendor management system to run and analyze reports for the team and vendors
•	Create, Edit and Update presentations for management including Quarterly Business Review Presentations
•	Schedule and coordinate meetings as well as take meeting notes and update electronic meeting notes
•	Manage all work order revisions for US Contractors through the Labor Assist Program
•	Provide backup for short listing candidates on job postings.


•Payroll: Manage the approval of employee time cards, vacation requests and payroll adjustments. Process and analyze payroll for 1,800 Factory Motor Parts employees along with SuperClean Brands, SPLASH and 1099 payroll
•Benefits:  update medical, dental and vision vendor sites with employee changes, new hires and terminations; meet with benefit vendors regarding updates, changes, and streamline process to be more efficient and accurate. Back up the benefits manager by answering phone calls, assist with billing processes and employee questions
•Wellness: Use exercise science background to design and create nutrition and wellness newsletter, started a walking group and mapped walking routes for employees 
•Recruiting: Track and organize new-hire paperwork, process new-hires in HRIS system, enter background screens, recruit for driver and warehouse positions, manage electronic employee files
•Special Projects: Assisted with the National Sales Conference for two years with setting up booths, preparing awards, booking venue, hotel rooms. Also managed a SuperClean booth at the sprint car races in Knoxville Iowa where we sold and promoted SuperClean products

Human Resource Specialist

•Greet customers, vendors and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
•Answer multi-line telephones while assisting customers
•Monitor and order office supplies for the entire company
•Provide service to employees and visitors by being the go-to person for questions
•Update medical, dental and vision vendor sites with employee changes, new hires and terminations as well as assist will billing tie outs at the end of the month
