• Being a leader is a big role full of big responsibilities, so I try to be the best example
to my team and that’s by sharing all product knowledge I know to increase their knowledge, experiences and to improve their skills.
• Supporting all my team members and that’s by appreciating their achievements and teaching them how to decrease their negativities, I am also responsible for maximizing sales at every available opportunity while ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.
• Handling all my daily section tasks from following up on delivery orders, ensuring that the section is fully merchandised according to section layout, following up with my team about their implementation day by day to achieve our target smoothly.
• Ensuring a high degree of security on goods and assisting in stock control through checking and counting goods.
• Following up with our product team regarding the new products and stock availability for the fast-moving items.
• Handling all the customer's complaints regarding the products or the services they got.

• My job requires me to use my skills to help promote the products of the retail business and the organization's vision.
• I create eye-catching through product display, store layouts, and designs to attract
customers and encourage them to buy.
• Making sure that all stores' layout matches the planogram.
• Making sure that all our new collections are highlighted.

Visual merchandiser

My job requires me to be always responsible and committed regards everything related
to my team, handling the new joiners who enter my team and that's by teaching them
all they need to know until they are experts, reporting to my supervisors for the tasks
which need their approval.
• Working smartly to achieve all KPIs monthly and being always active to encourage
and motivate all my team members to be the best.
• Providing my team with all the information they need to enhance their performance.
• Following up with all the cases and issues that need my experience as a leader and a
responsible title in the company to make our customers satisfied with their services and proud of being a part of our big community.
• Monitoring my team calls to check what's going on their calls from their attitude, the accuracy of the info they deliver, their way of solving issues, to be able to help them
cover their gaps and lack of info.

- English: Excellent commands in both written and spoken.
- Arabic: Excellent spoken.

* Computer Skills:

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office business.
- Excellent knowledge of lightroom.
