I’ve always been drawn to wild remote locations in search of peace, adventure and personal growth. Ever since I can remember, I was happiest when I was outdoors testing my limits and enjoying the simplicity of things. I believe in living boldly, balancing performance with passion, daring to be different, leaning into life and pursuing new challenges. 

I've diligently worked my way from an entry level Sales Operations Analyst to a Marketing Product Management role. This process has taught me more than I could have ever imagined, from product development, R&D testing, inventory management, product branding/positioning, understanding the customer's needs, generating contracts, to brochure and website creation. 

I’m committed to improving my professional skill set and knowledge of the outdoor industry as a whole.  I've also identified and reviewed the most recent outdoor recreation reports, so I've developed a strong understanding of the market.

•	•	Continued all previous Marketing job responsibilities while directly contributing to the $9.8 MM growth of our $29.4 MM Upper Extremity product portfolio.
•	Launched 5 product lines which cumulatively generated over $4.6 MM during their first year on the market.
•	Upstream and downstream responsibilities including: identifying new technologies, product development, brand strategies, contract negotiations, cultivating vendor and customer relationships, revenue/unit forecasts, pricing strategies, tracking and evaluating product performance, financial business reviews and competitive analysis. 
•	Proposed initiatives and profitable business development ideas to Executive/Sr. Management to enhance existing product portfolios, broaden our offerings and maximize potential revenue generation.
•	Designed and implemented regional brand strategies to acquire new customers, gain market share, and meet quarterly revenue objectives.
•	Analyzed usage trends and developed performance metrics to formulate tactical plans to exceed sales projections and improve cost management.
•	Led global Sales and Marketing teams in launch protocols, commercialization strategies, and competitive analysis.

•	Conceived, designed, generated and introduced new product field sample kits for sales representatives. 
•	Implemented weekly clinical updates for our sales team by researching and identifying clinical studies that support our product line performance.
•	Created competitive selling brochures which identified product specifications and introduced positioning strategies.
•	Collaboratively identified, documented and executed on our divisional operational product launch procedures.
•	Created/Coordinated trade show planning requirements, executed on event logistics and created the display materials.

Marketing Associate

•	Managed accounts for 70 sales representatives and maintained my region’s $2.9 MM in quarterly sales.
•	Led a project that uncovered a total of over $50K in missing/unpaid commissions for our sales representatives.
•	Provided surgical product knowledge for our sales force and surgeons on a daily basis.
•	Responsible for completing: product usage trends, sales projections, discount request forms, shipment of products, daily sales invoices, credits and re-bills.
•	Accountable for maintaining and reconciling region’s product inventory locations.
•	Required to operate productively under pressure while completing a multitude of critical tasks.

Sales Operations Analyst

•	Responsible for making disability determinations for Texans with severe disabilities who apply for Social Security Disability Insurance and or Supplemental Security Income.
•	Impeccable case management skills, average case load range between 150 – 200 claims.
•	Knowledge of anatomy, physical and psychological impairments, treatments and vocational job requirements.
•	Reviewed a vast amount of medical records on a daily basis which are supplied by the claimant's physicians in order to create a comprehensive report regarding their medical status.
•	Familiar with State and Federal Regulations, legal codes and procedures related to disability determinations.
•	Authorized to handle highly secure and sensitive personal information.
