I am a T-shaped student with a business management masters degree with an desire to work in a challenging and creative environment. A person who could fill a role in a line of passion about branding, strategy, sales and business transformation! 

To marry heart with brain, strategy with business is one of my greater goals. The ability to understand the need of people and what lights their fire is something I love! Additionally I gladly work with groups towards a great international network, and I work best under pressure. In summary, I am an adventurous 25 year old that have a passion for the synergy and effectiveness allocation that will go the extra mile to get the task done!

Starting up an Climbing center in nothern sweden with the goal to become a franchise. 

Here Adam learned to integrate and manage large groups with different cultural backgrounds in scuba diving and apnea. Being a role model and leader was a given along with a great team spirit.

Divemaster

The Carlsberg-owned Norwegian company Ringnes AS produces and distributes 70% of the water, beer and soft drinks that the Norwegian population consumes. Adam was responsible for the transport and facilitated communication between terminals spread across the country. Adam also developed a status analysis through Excel & SAP and gave status reports twice daily.

Operations Coordinator

Adam worked as deputy project manager for Umeå's second largest working fare project in which he contacted sponsors and tailored the exposure, packaged and marketed them, created budgets, a and hired staff.

Adam taught students in groups of 10 to 35 people in the noble art of wave surfing in Biarritz and Santa Teresa. He did this by instructing, photographing and filming, and then gave feedback to each individual by the film and the photos that were taken.  Adam was also a Surf Academy ambassador in West Sweden, which meant planning destinations, contacting the relevant stores, marketing and management accounting and providing information.
