Identified, launched, and sourced new products, resulting in faster deliveries, inventory turns, and lower operating costs. 

• Implemented a more efficient supply chain operating system and developed effective communication with crucial overseas manufacturing and component suppliers, resulting in an average margin increase of 15%. 

• Re-engineered the development and Go-to-market processes, including implementing PLM Software and improving cross-functional communication. 

• Improved quality and delivery issues with the vendors of parts and warranty, saving over $1 million annually in customer service claims and enhanced customer satisfaction. 

• Rationalized the number of SKUs for parts and accessories by eliminating underperforming products, leading to more efficient operations, increased working capital, and accelerated sales velocity. 

• Developed the strategy and implemented the transferring of third-party accessories to drop shipping programs, lowering $1.5 million in working capital.

Responsible for leading an award-winning, multifunctional new product introduction team developing new products, optimizing product launches, go-to-market strategies, and marketing innovations. 

• Achieved over $550 Million in sales in new product launches, including a significant $50 million boost from a strategic partnership with Walmart. 

• Developed and maintained critical partnerships with prominent retailers, including Big 5, Costco, Sam's Club, Cabela's, Bass Pro Shops, Dick's Sporting Goods, and others in the sporting goods industry.

• Identified and built new product categories such as Paddle Pals Learn to Swim Line, Wake Surfboard for Jet Pilot, and Yamaha Seascooters, resulting in $135 million in additional sales. 

• Led the rationalization of existing SKUs and focused on higher profit margins. 

• Managed teams to sell excess inventory, freeing up over $2.5 million in working capital. 

• Reorganized the development team to streamline the stage gate process, resulting in faster product development cycles and reduced waste in the R&D budgets. 

• Initiated creative and effective marketing strategies to work within tight budgets and maximize impact. 

• Organized and attended the company's representation at Surf Expo and Outdoor Retailer trade shows.

Responsible for designing and executing graphic designs for brands such as Body Glove, Disney, Maui & Sons, and Ocean Pacific. 

• Developed a new product segment of Body Glove Pet products and successfully helped obtain $2.5 million in new business with Petco and PetSmart. 

• Supervised cost-cutting of location photoshoots for sales and packaging materials while maintaining brand quality and consistency. 

• Assisted in obtaining new business from prominent retailers Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's, Sports Authority, Sport Chalet, Dicks Sporting Goods, Target, and Walmart. 

• Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements and timelines. 

• Developed and implemented innovative shoppable pallets for club stores, helping to drive new sales growth. 

• Designed packaging, sales brochures, magazine ads, catalogs, and marketing collateral to align with market trends and regulations.
