Currently I serve as the copy editor for the American Medical Student Research Journal, a national journal published by college students.  I have also served as copy editor (and staff writer) for the Conglomerate, the student newspaper of Centenary College of Louisiana.  I previously held an internship with the college's External Relations department, which involved researching and writing press releases.  I am a Communication Major with an emphasis on professional writing.

I am responsible for editing material submitted for publication; I look for errors in terms of grammar, spelling, and formatting.  I also participate in certain decisions made by the editorial board.
