- Responsible for new product development for baseballs/softballs category
      - Assist with development/engineering in fielder's gloves, bags, and training equipment
- Create new testing procedures for advanced evaluation of products in assigned categories
- Present test data to product team and senior management for new, innovative projects and current in-line products
- Maintain and create new specifications for assigned product groups and work with product team to communicate changes
- Developed testing procedures for equipment bags to evaluate durability and performance; No previous in-house testing in category
- Developed 3-sport, single wheel, pitch machine; First pitch machine product for company.

Post-Graduate Placement 6 month contract (May - October 2011)
-Performed FEA analysis of product designs and corresponding components
-Tested new, and alternative, materials to compare with currently used
-Conducted physical testing of prototype samples (performance evaluation, wear tests, etc.)
-Analyzed test data, and determined necessary improvements
-Communicated results and next steps to designers, developers, and innovation team members
