Achievements / Tasks • Zero Sales Withdrawal for Annual Year 2017-2018 for Woven Process • RPM achieved for Annual Year 2017-2018 India to India (1250/1200) / India to Exports (465/500) • Awarded best process (Woven Process) in terms quality for Annual Year 2017-2018 • RFT project for partner Supplier with increase of % (88% to 92%) • OWE Improvements for Supplier in production lines (50% to 64%) for selected lines with help of industrialization team. • Assessments Level Achieved- HRP (LEVEL C RFT) / DPR (LEVEL C RFT) / QUALITY (LEVEL D RFT) / Logistics Assessment (LEVEL B RFT) / SNAP AND TAPING ASSESMENT (LEVEL C RFT) • Successfully trained Partner supplier on supplier autonomy on assessment topics. • LT reduction for the supplier for 35 days to 34 days (India to Export) and 7 to 6 Days (India to India) • Initiation of Blue Supply, Purple Supply and Modular lines projects with partner supplier which helped in continuity of production lines, continuity of supply for Decathlon Stores. • Handled the supply part for hunting passion brand (solognac) with weekly shipments of 20000 Qtys • Contributed for the break even of the woven process by shipping 1.2 Million pieces in 2017-2018 • Mentored and trained 2 interns for Decathlon quality and supply topics • Validated for SNAP assessment and Final inspections. • Contributed in increase of Taping capacity and providing elasticity to brands by training partner supplier Roles & Responsibilites • Handling of 3 supplier units for Quality, HRP, Process, assessment and training on autonomy aspects. • Final Inspections/ Random Inspections in partner supplier sites. • Assessment planning on periodic basis (HRP, DPR, QUALITY, SNAP, TAPING, SSE, and logistics) based on formalized grid. • RPM trend analysis using ERP tool weekly basis. • Test launch for the products based on Techpak requirements. • Project Management by training and coaching the supplier on supply and quality topics • Order Forecasting, line planning, Season preparations etc.. • Collaborating with Industrialization team for Indus related topics.
