* Lead, recruited and promoted a Corporate Marketing with a team of 19 including, Branding, Design, Web, Social Media, Multimedia, Executive Briefing Center and our Online User Community.
* Spearheaded the worldwide company narrative and brand identity overhaul for both our internal and external audiences from being known as "the WIFI company" to the "Edge Authority".
* Created and continue to manage the Aruba Unplugged Podcast program without a budget, in half the time expected and over 17,000 unique downloads in one month.
* Drove the organization during the largest product launch, Switch Forward with Aruba CX 6300 Series, with results that include virtual event viewership at 45% vs. industry average of 30%, hosted four global watch parties with 100 attendees and 72% new web visitors during the first month of launch.
* Initiated the first internal software program and processes for creative review and project tracking for campaigns, sales, executives, enablement and channel teams that exceed 350 per month, while cutting costs by 35%.
* Realigned the team and processes to support the rapid growth of the company within two years including four new markets and nine products to get the company to $3B.
* Launched and landed over 11 marketing campaigns in one year from conception, to planning, to development through execution and measurement.
* Maintained the same sized team and budget for nearly four years while producing three times the deliverables by implementing creative solutions and efficiencies.
