* Drove the organization during the largest product launch, Switch Forward with Aruba CX 6300 Series, with results that include virtual event viewership at 45% vs. industry average of 30%, hosted four global watch parties with 100 attendees and 72% new web visitors during the first month of launch.
* Initiated the first internal software program and processes for creative review and project tracking for campaigns, sales, executives, enablement and channel teams that exceed 350 per month, while cutting costs by 35%.
* Realigned the team and processes to support the rapid growth of the company within two years including four new markets and nine products to get the company to $3B.
