Chief of Staff

Successfully managed hundreds of events across multiple locations, including Venice Beach, Hollywood, and Bradbury, as well as various private events. Maintained a satisfaction rate across all events, ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale events.
•	Oversaw all elements of event planning and execution, including day-of and onsite logistics. Managed budgets ranging for smaller, cost-effective events to monumental, high-profile events, such as the closing party for LA Art Week.
•	Liaised with external partners and talent per event, depending on the event type. Fostered strong relationships with both national and local talent, ensuring each event was enriched by high-quality performances and partnerships.
•	Managed an annual events budget, with additional budgets allocated for special events. Consistently stayed under budget, generating an cost savings monthly. Compiled detailed recap reports after each event, analyzing costs, attendance, revenues, and satisfaction, and used these insights to improve future events.

Head of Experiential and Programming, Venice Beach

•	Pitched and secured projects to identify, organize, produce and present innovative forms of visual arts for both the Art x Co agency and Art House augmented reality app.  
•	Curated creativity, culture and commerce to bring brands’ stories to life through art; amplified with installations, events, technology and products.  
•	Focused on client-driven collaborations for entertainment, hospitality, real estate, retail, sports and tech.

Director of Project Management - Freelance

•	Executed talent curation for POPSUGAR Grounded event in March 2020. 
•	Programmed virtual wellness experiences, pivoting to continue to fulfill the company’s vision of bringing wellness to everyone in a time of transition.  
•	Partnered with founder Millana Snow for business development and brand partnerships.

Director of Programming - Freelance

•	Researched and presented essential elements for all upcoming client activations, including food trucks, menus, décor and permits.
•	Managed preparation aspects of physical event logistics, schedule, set up to report and analyze field findings and takeaways from activations, accurately tracking and managing budgets and expenses.
•	Served as a liaison between RMNG’s Accounts Team and vendors for planned activations, ensuring a high level of customer service, to achieve client’s goals.

Production Manager - Freelance

•	Collaborated quickly and effectively with the in-house team to launch a first-of-its-kind, pop-up immersive museum experience celebrating sneaker culture.
•	Managed all aspects of the successful VIP Launch Opening Party attended by media, trade, celebrities, and consumers.
•	Served as project General Manager in charge of all staff onboarding and event operations, rallying the team and community to generate buzz and maximize attendance for our debut. 
•	Developed and executed optimal immersive guest experiences on the floor for launch and post-launch operations — including art installations featuring priceless collectible footwear and interactive street art masterpieces.

Special Projects Consultant - Freelance Event Manager

•	Blueprinted position to lead business growth at 3-year-old Santa Monica-based boxing studio and opening of a second location in West Hollywood in January 2019. Initiated first-ever brand moments to strengthen corporate, group, and private experiences, both in and out of the studio. 
•	Created strategy to increase new boxer acquisition, purchases and repeat visitors at West Hollywood and Santa Monica locations by implementing over 200 events, ie. Corporate bookings, private events, pop-up classes, wellness fairs, and farmers markets. 
•	Managed talent logistics (scheduling, payroll, on-boarding and implementation of new policies) for day-to-day and scaling up for future studio expansion. 
•	Developed new, unique brand partnerships with top athletic wear brands including Carbon38, lululemon, Nike, and Outdoor Voices.

Director of Programming and Talent 

•	Led the creative direction and physical buildout out of Reebok’s brick-and-click Concept Space, including fixturing, assortment planning, and visual merchandising. 
•	Created and executed compelling consumer activations across both fitness and lifestyle to increase brand engagement and take consumers from consideration to conversion. 
•	Cultivated a community of local influencers to increase brand exposure and authenticity by developing and implementing a successful launch marketing plan to introduce the showroom to the local market. 
•	Exceeded traffic targets by 323% by providing unique branded in-store experiences such as yoga and boxing classes, music listening events, shoe drop releases, dinner parties, sound baths, and more. 
•	Engaged a social community at 131% to target by creating compelling, locally relevant content featuring key city influencers. Spearheaded the content creation of local social handles, managing photographers, influencers, outfitting, and location scouting.  
•	Delivered against financial and brand KPIs including traffic, sales, acquisition, and brand health.

Showrooom Manager - LA

•	Oversaw the Ambassador program and fitness/health influencer outreach, driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and organic acquisition. 
•	Strategized and implemented ways to increase ROI and build community through the Ambassador program. 
•	Identified, recruited, and built valuable relationships with impactful wellness influencers. 
•	Collaborated seamlessly with the Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations and Creative teams to achieve brand goals.

Influencer Relations Manager at Fabletics

•	Managed partnership marketing for this athleisure startup by driving awareness and signups for subscription shopping service through targeted marketing, customized cross-promotions, events and press. 
•	Developed ‘Fitfluencer’ program in key markets by researching, vetting, and on-boarding all fitness/fashion influencers, including trainers, wellness professionals, and bloggers. 
•	Created and implemented strategic tactics to increase customer acquisition by leveraging brand ambassadors’ personal networks, social media, and other resources. 
•	Created and executed social media strategy to create a brand voice, increasing followers and subscribers.

Director of Marketing

•	Launched first-ever New York brand presence and social media platforms for women’s activewear brand. Developed a successful meet-up program, liaising with Montreal-based headquarters and serving as the in-house lead of the PR agency for all strategy and media requests. 
•	Developed brand awareness, built community, and drove sales at Lolë Soho store via meet-ups and events, including the Lolë White Tour at MoMA and Central Park. 
•	Oversaw the U.S. Ambassador Program, connecting products with high-profile figures in the health and wellness movement. 
•	Collaborated with the sales team on trade shows, including Yoga Journal Conference and Outdoor Retailer.

NYC Community and Communications Manager

•	Achieved and surpassed sales goals for the major accounts of this contemporary women’s wear brand, including Saks Fifth Avenue, SaksFifthAvenue.com, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s and Bloomingdales.com.
•	Facilitated and led all buyer showroom market appointments.
•	Collaborated with design and merchandising teams to execute product assortment. Developed customized marketing strategy and initiatives for each account.

•	Worked with VP of Communications on company-wide brand development. Assisted in production of twice-yearly New York Fashion Week runway shows and seasonal photo shoots for marketing collateral.
