helps the client grow. I always exude a positive spirit at work,
as I believe its the best way to facilitate great teamwork.

Leading the creative team through pitches, day-to-day jobs and winning new clients as part of my responsibility, I believe if positivity is the core of the innovative team, they strive to achieve higher quality creative and the hunger to grow the business. I use to join my team in execution, building presentations and presenting to the clients.

I was heading my creative team of art directors, graphic designers and copywriters on handling some key accounts and reporting to our CD and ECD.

Winning (Star reacher recognition 2012) also worked on key accounts like GM and supporting my CD os supervising the team and help mid to junior level art directors and designers.

Got promoted to CD level after one year of my performance, I was leading a team of art directors, graphic designers and copywriters, I proudly manage to land some critical new business into the company.
