In charge of sourcing and production of all textiles out of China/Taiwan/Korea - Duties include direct price & delivery negotiations with fabric mills, garment factories and trading companies.

Kandy Kiss of California (Approx. 120 million in Annual Gross Business Volume) December 2011 thru January 2016 In charge of fabric sourcing, product development & fabric production. Full management responsibilities over approximately 30+ team members comprising the fabric development team, production team and sample development. Responsible for all business facets, including budget management and loss reduction thru implementation of more efficient processes. Responsible for coordinating development & production with Design team members as well as the garment production team. Reported directly to the company owners.

In charge of Sales Department for customers based primarily in the U.S. market. Managing all facets of the customer service area ranging from establishing new customers, retaining & servicing ongoing customers, price negotiation and oversight over fabric development, trend research and production. Additionally, I set up and managed the Shanghai, China office branch for the parent company. Notable customers included Li and Fung and H&M direct among others.

In charge Fabric Sourcing department for Wovens.

Sales Assistant for approximately one year for U.S. market customers in which I was later promoted to lead sales representative. I eventually spearheaded the new market development team and was responsible for setting up and managing the Colombo, Sri Lanka sales office for customers in the South-East Asian market. During the latter stages of my employment at Full Blossom, I returned to Taipei to lead the US market (West Coast) team.
