Responsible for managing a $5 million dollar dealership inventory of 650+ new motorcycles and ATVs covering 8 brands. Manage the warehouse facility, assembly of new units, shipping/receiving and inventory administrative duties for one of Southern California's largest motorcycle dealerships. Also responsible for reorganizing the facility, streamlining productivity and reducing new unit assembly lead time by 67%.

Key member of the team responsible for creative problem solving during custom fabrication and assembly of advanced  composites, epoxies, fiberglass and plastic components for the defense, aerospace, electronics and entertainment industries. Areas of expertise include wet layup, VARTM, pre-preg, mold making, tool making/finishing and rotocasting processes. TransFX uses its significant resources to design, engineer, prototype, construct and deliver a client's concepts and designs with exceptional attention to detail, superior results and within established budget and time frame limits.

Composite Fabrication Technician

Project Manager responsible for innovative consumer and commercial product design, prototyping, fabrication and lean manufacturing. Focused Kaizen style project management in taking initial concept to prototype stage for both clients such as 3M and numerous proprietary product designs. Skills include, but not limited to, Adobe CS4, 3D CAD, SpaceClaim, Solid Edge, 3D solid modeling, 3D free form modeling, CNC machining, proof of concept, prototype design/construction, product testing and redesign/refinement capabilities. Also proficient in aluminum and plastic fabrication & machining.

Product Design Engineer, Advanced Projects Manager

Managed and operated one of the most successful high-performance motorcycle shops in the San Francisco Bay Area. Achieved and maintained the highest customer satisfaction rating for over 100 motorcycle shops in the Bay Area through customer focused attention to detail. Responsible for crash damage estimates/insurance claims, dynamometer fuel injection tuning, racebike assembly, fabrication and business profit/loss. Also performance parts sales, marketing, service, diagnosis/troubleshooting, all aspects of repair, maintenance, aftermarket engine and chassis upgrades for high performance street motorcycles.
