Seasonal range build up with help of trend inputs from Design Team in the UK and presenting the collection to visiting and off shore customers. 4. Factory selection, Compliance, on-Boarding and exploring new fabrics and suppliers with the team. 5. CM Negotiation, Capacity Planning & Order Booking and closing Customer Contracts with factories. 6. Routine follow up on pre-Production Approvals, Style Risk Assessment, Material planning and scheduling, production follow-up to ensure timely handover of PO to the forwarder & thereby the payments to factory and the billing to customer and payment realization. KPI (Achievements) 1. Successful execution of contracts by strict Critical Path management with factories and improving OTIF (On Time In Full) from 74% to 96% in around 5 months. 2. Along with team taken the sourcing volume from 3.1m US in 2018 to 10.5m US in 2020 3. Staff recruitment/on-boarding and training for building team to handle multiple product customers, the developments/sourcing and contract management. 4. Implemented below systems and data bases: - Factory sourcing and compliance - CP for order tracking and execution Customers: Primark, Arcadia, Amazon, C&A, LPP, Tokmanni from Europe and CAT from US across Trousers, Denims, Denim Jackets, Swimwear, Nightwear, Loungewear, Tees, Hoodies, Joggers and Knitwear.

Lead the general Supply Chain for Delta Galil Vietnam operations for 3 product manufacturing which included management of BU/merchandising, planning, purchases, logistics and warehouse (imports and exports) KRA (Responsibilities) 1. Responsible for managing the supply chain function for Seamless Knitwear, Lingerie and Socks by connecting and aligning people and the process. 2. Ensuring Factory’s Loading by liaising with HQ in Israel to ensure sequential order flows and leading the planners in compiling the line plans for production. 3. Managing the business teams and their communication with the customers and overseas BU/s from Product Development, Costing, Raw Material Purchases for development and booking the orders for the plant. 4. Ensuring merchandisers compile and adhere to the T&A which is in line to the demand plan/production line plan. 5. Monitoring and guiding proper work flow & protocol is followed when it comes to purchases and that raw material get in the factory without an exception as per the Full Kit Date given by the planners. 6. Monitoring and guiding logistics team to select the best available options (mode, pricing, lead-times and dependability) when it comes to raw material and Capex equipment imports. 7. Overseeing the WIP with planners (plan vs actual and curtail deviations) and ensuring the Sales Orders are completed as per schedule and packed as per CTPAT requirement (in case of US bound shipments), this also extends working with export logistics team for deciding on the cargo/container booking and optimum utilization of the CBM KPI (Achievements) 1. Organized the Supply Chain Department from scratch, recruiting the best available people and arranged comprehensive object-oriented trainings and appraisals. 2. Planned and organized the development team (a new department) with my line manager (the General Director in the business). 3. In alignment with central purchase, negotiated the terms of payments and pricing based on collective bargaining for various manufacturing operations of Delta Galil 4. Streamlined reporting to the management - KPI, capacity & material utilization, material and T&A management. 5. Lastly lead a mix of young and experienced cross-country team to align at different levels and thereby built a team which moved together. Customers: 1. BU-M&S, this was in 2 parts: a) Direct business with M&S, RO – business grew 12 times in a year. Lead PD for Boys-wear T87/88/76 and T30/T38 b) FSV business (Crystal Martin), took on core program for T38/30/58 with 2m pcs annual production. Business was development driven, lead the PD and yarn development/sourcing from scratch. 4. Saved 160,000 USD over a span of 4-6 months by effective sourcing and Px negotiations (800T of greige yarn sourcing per year) Customers: Gap (including Old Navy, Banana Republic), HM, Marks and Spencer (including Autograph)
