My duties and responsibilities were: * Coaching different levels of surfing, from kids to adults and as a local surfer was involved on guiding around the different surf areas. * Assisted on the day by day operations with costumer service, reservations, logistics and program sales to increase the flow of business so the revenue would increase month by month. * Constant training on water safety, first aid/emergency response, lifeguard courses, surf certifications, advance CPR and Tropicsurf company standards. * Worked closely with the Four Seasons hotel to assist on sales and marketing ideas to increase the sales and promotion for both ends.

My duties and responsibilities were: * Managed PPC campaigns and several landing pages by creating mini vacs with the goal in driving timeshare sales. * Conducted daily keyword research, Ad positions, competitive analysis, content optimization and market research to ensure top positions, low keyword costs and competitors positions. * Maintain day to day rapport with sales team and clients to find new sales methods and increase sales revenues. * Weekly reports of customer service quality, hotel reviews, guest satisfaction, expenditure, team goals, Pay per Clicks, CTR, customer reach, inbound/outbound phone qualities and team efficiency. * Constant team training, leadership and motivation to fulfill monthly ROI goals. * Daily meetings with the IT team to ensure alignment with SEO/SEM strategies, meta tag creation, link development, web development of landing pages and brainstorming ideas to drive more traffic to the websites. * Develop different strategies to create additional revenues as consumer email leads (B2C), outbound calls, subscription newsletters, blogs and social media. * Monitor and identify key SEO KPIs, such keyword rankings, CTR, bounce rates, keyword search volumes, relevant website traffics, worked closely with Google Analytics to identify search trends, demographics, keyword search to implement strategies and maintaining the monthly budget effectively and well spend. * Worked closely with the timeshare sales team liners, front to back and closers to make sure the sells were made accordingly with the villa group standards and the ROI goals were accomplished.

Motor Yacht Deniki is a 172 Feet Luxury yacht, is the first Amels Limited Edition series, delivered in May 2007. It hosts up to 10 guests in 5 luxury cabins design by Peter Heuvelmans. My duties and responsibilities were: * Responsible for all aspects of maintenance and assisting the captain in safely managing the vessel throughout its travels. As a deckhand was responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the exterior of the yacht. * Assist as security staff when the owner or onboard guest left yacht for dinners or private events. * When on navigation, duty was to aid the captain, first mate or bosun on navigation duties such as checking for hazards on the water or anything that would obstruct the boats navigation. * Operating anchors and cargo handling equipment, as well operated a tender to transport guests from yacht to the beach or harbor. * General safety and security tasks. My duties and responsibilities were: * Responsible for a group of 12 guides daily tour operation. * Verification of safety standards, equipment use, line anchors and platforms. * Safety and evacuation drills training with guides for any emergency that could happen through out the tour. * Using customer engagement skills to ensure a memorable experience for each guest. * Introduction of guests to all the different types of flora and fauna from the local region. * As a cruise director my responsibility was to have close coordination with the boat captain and assure safety of all the guest and 8 boat crew. My job was to keep guest entertained through out the tour doing activities and giving ecological talks of all the different endemic species of the bay.
