Responsible for shipping and receiving department, documenting daily deliveries and shipments to update in inventory. Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments. Evaluate all new inventory to ensure it's ready to be merchandised. Examine the levels of product and raw materials to determine shortage. Design and implement inventory tracking systems to optimize inventory control procedures. Performed weekly cycle counts and quarterly inventories for three restaurants and four retail locations.
