•   Accountable for establishing/attainment of key Supply Chain KPIs: OTIF, Product Availability,
Inventory Dollars/Turns, Back Order Dollars, Non-Working Inventory (NWI), Expired Scrap
•   Lead and Mentor a team of 5 Supply Chain Analysts and 1 Procurement Analysts.
•   Led the team to achieve the highest on-time delivery rate while reducing inventory year on year.
•   Set Services, Inventory, International Transfer Operation Plan to support Division P&L
•   Champion and Lead Supply Chain Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement projects, including
but not limited to Service Improvement, Inventory Improvement, Standard Work, Cycle Time
Reductions, SKU Rationalization, NWI Reduction and Production Outsourcing.
•   Drive Supply Chain Strategic Planning and Health of Organization to develop the team.
•   Process Owner of Site Supplier Management Program. Monitor and Drive continues
improvements on supplier delivery performance, quality, cost and build supplier relationship.
•   Support New Product Introduction (NPI) Planning and Sourcing Activities.
•   Member of Plant Operating Committee

Led and Facilitate Monthly Global S&OP process, worked closely with APAC, EMEA, Latin America
team on Demand and Supply plan.
•   Led Master Schedule Review Process
•   Led implementation of building new interface between legacy ERP system and SAP to enable
intercompany procurement transactions between 3M Monrovia and 3M COE, EMEA. Led
collecting user requirements, test plan, user acceptance tests (UAT) and system validation.
•   Managed Distribution Transfer Plan to two international DCs and responsible for International
Inventory and Order Fulfillment metrics.
•   Optimized i2/JDA Demand Planner to improve SKU forecast accuracy from 60% to 62%
