From an upbringing on the road, fortunate travels have exposed me to a world full of unique individuals with different beliefs and values. As a Generation Y marketer, it is this that drives my passion for communication and how to effectively communicate through marketing.

Business Development Manager 

• Core business development team member working closely with the Global CEO, Executive Chairman, NYC CEO & Head of New Business to define the agency’s U.S. presence post-merger with KBS making our global story relevant on a local level. This resulted in a robust positioning and creative output that led to 10 new business wins and exceeded agency revenue goals for each year

• Lead cross-functional teams across departments ranging from Data and Analytics, Creative, Strategy, Media, Talent, Project Management & Production providing crucial strategic input that crafted winning go-to-market plans across brands such as YouTube Music, YouTube Premium, Google X, Crocs, The Trade Desk, Saucony & Wawa

• Coordinate client communications, internal resourcing, cross-office collaboration, timing and client scoping throughout the RFP/RFI process ensuring we provide best in class creative solutions that solve our clients’ business challenges 

• Keep a constant pulse on the industry to mine and curate new business leads while producing proactive outreach strategies with the Global CEO and Head of Business Development

• Work directly with the CEO and Managing Director of our media agency, The Media Kitchen, to generate leads, promote their brand story and position their capabilities to guide them through the RFP process

• Implement new global processes to the agency to drive efficiencies in global business development operations and the pitching process

Account Executive – Saucony

• Serve as a trusted partner in Saucony’s efforts to become a category leader in run-specialty footwear, leading development 
of a one-of-a-kind brand experience that will redefine what creativity means in the category 

• Support the launch of Saucony’s Endorphin shoe line via an upper funnel TVC campaign 


Associate Account Manager – PlayStation

•	Valued member on a nimble account team, working across 4 pieces of business on 8 fully integrated campaigns, including an E3 activation and a product launch. This team provided PlayStation with its best fiscal year in sales to-date in 2017

•	Navigated a plethora of intellectual property partners (i.e., Marvel’s Spider-Man, Call of Duty, Rockstar Games, etc.) for the team by managing complex relationships with strict guidelines and approval process under constrained timelines and budgets

•	Account lead on integrated social and interactive digital work; managing client relations, strategic and creative development, production, approval processes, timeline creation, and budget coordination across client and 6 intellectual property partners

•	Project management lead during a two-week sprint for PlayStation’s fiscal year creative work across all 4 pieces of business; coordinating timelines, check-ins, international approval process, and communications on 8 campaign ideas with 2 overseas offices and 12 creative teams

•	Guided PlayStation into new strategic territory to achieve 2018 sales goals by working closely with brand strategy and communications planning to pull category/competitive insights and collaborate with our media partners to ensure all 
touch-points were driving effective creative work

•	Led administrative duties that positively impacted workflow by managing reconciliations, statuses across client/agency partners and implementing a new server archiving process that was adopted across the agency


Account Executive – Brighthouse Financial

•	Part of the core team guiding the successful launch of Brighthouse Financial, a Fortune 300 company backed by MetLife, responsible for managing and liaising with all agency departments and external stakeholders to strengthen client relationships and identify business growth opportunities for the agency

•	Account lead across print, digital, activation, social and OOH executions ensuring projects were strategically robust, creatively driven and delivering true value to both Brighthouse and the agency

•	Launched Brighthouse successfully on Nasdaq through an iconic Times Square activation integrated with digital OOH and social video content that drove positive brand engagement and PR coverage

•	Mined quantitative and qualitative research in tandem with strategy and comms planning to deliver key consumer insights, competitive learnings, and strategically sound creative

•	Tracked and managed budgets across 4 different pieces of business by reconciling finances, ensuring timely payment and updating clients on our monthly burn report


Account Executive 

•	Project managed day-to-day operations to ensure all Client needs were met through creative problem solving and developing strong internal relationships across Account, Creative, Production, Traffic, Talent, Legal & Finance 

•	Assisted in creative development process across multiple integrated campaigns simultaneously by coordinating deliverables, feedback, plans & timelines to the Clients and all necessary Agency departments 

•	Managed daily administrative tasks, market/category competitive reporting, onboarding new team members & overseeing an AAE through 5 campaigns and 2 pitches

•	Aided in pitch for AT&T consolidated media and creative responsibilities by developing daily status reports, synthesizing meeting notes and identifying next steps, coordinating a complex meeting agenda over the course of six weeks


Assistant Account Executive

• Day-to-day lead for Verizon digital audio business coordinating communication between clients, creatives, production and multiple agency partners to deliver against business needs

• Responsible for radio production from record to trafficking of 2 spots per week under tight weekly deadlines

• Constructed timelines, meeting scheduling, job openings and server restructuring to drive efficiency of Account operations

• Contributed to favorable Client reviews through the compilation and distribution of weekly competitive/industry insights 


Account Coordinator

• Collaborated with creative teams to develop digital overlay units, banner ads, pre-roll spots, broadcast radio and TV pre/post production in Holiday and Back-to-School campaigns 

• Account Management lead to create a corporate social responsibility campaign for Crayola 

• Researched in conjunction with Account Planning and Marketing Sciences to pull out insights leading to Crayola’s future marketing initiatives 

• Developed weekly insights on brand competitors and respective categories  
 
• Updated weekly status documents and developed timelines that were distributed to the account and creative teams

• Streamlined communication across Account, Strategy, Creative and Production to ensure client satisfaction 


MAIP Associate Account Manager 


•	Collaborated with four Account Executives and one Project Manager on six different brands including Wrangler, Firestone Tires and the Chicago Bears 

•       Wore many hats within the boutique agency setting such as taking a leading role in project management for the Chicago Bears

•	Assimilated with all agency departments to grow client relationships and gain additional organic business

•	Played key role in RFP process leading data mining efforts that led to insights that influenced agency creative

•	Compiled primary and secondary research for clients that helped guide the team to an efficient campaign strategy
