Head Island, with annual sales in excess of $1.4 million (obtained on a 1700 sq. ft. sales
floor). Duties included participating in hiring and termination decisions, training, scheduling,
and evaluation of sales associates. I was also influential in the developing of merchandising
strategies, event planning, and individual and group golf instruction. Specific
accomplishments include:
• Achieved a high level of customer satisfaction, through the successful day-to-day
operation of the Proshop and golf course activities.
• As tournament director, I worked closely with the group coordinator to organize,
score, and act as “Tournament Host” to large groups that had chosen Palmetto
