Lead the development and expansion of a team of 7 to remain updated with company direction and financial expectations
? Inform management of import performance, P&L, revenue growth, and guidance on future opportunities
? Assist our sales team on new/current clients, pricing, trade lane progression, industry patterns/direction, operational and compliance applications, with profitable business growth
? Organize internal work flow procedures with US branches for continued performance improvement on industry and customer requirements
? Ensure the team is fully cross trained on new and existing business for seamless account management and progress
? Management of internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for weekly P&L reporting, maximized job profit, improved data integrity, and development of team correlation
